You buy the audit and fill in a short intake form
Right after checkout you land on our intake page. It asks for your business details, the service you most want to sell and the city you want customers from.

We take on a small number of audits each week so each one gets the same care. When a week is full, the page shows the next start date, and you can still buy now to hold your place.
1. Your 9-answer score
We freeze one buyer question, for example "Who’s the best [your service] in [your city], [state]?", and ask it in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode, three times each. That gives 9 answers. The score is how many of the 9 pick your business as the top recommendation. Being named or linked is counted too, separately, and each engine is reported on its own.
2. A baseline for one prompt group
One service in one city, 12 frozen questions across the four things buyers do: discover, compare, check reviews and buy. The wording comes from real customer language first, such as your Search Console queries and review text. This is the starting line any later work gets measured against. 3. A log of the sources the engines cite
For every answer we record each business named, in order, and each website cited. Every cited site is tagged: your site, a competitor, a directory, a review site, local media, a forum, an association or a "best of" list. Sites cited in two or more answers or engines are marked as priority sources, with a note on whether your competitors are listed there and you are not.
4. A gap diagnosis
Each gap gets its own diagnosis, because each one has a different fix. For example: no page answers the question being asked, a page exists but the engines cite someone else, you show up in one city and not another, the same directories keep getting cited without you, your listings carry a wrong phone number, or AI crawlers cannot read your site. Alongside it we run read-only technical and listing checks.
5. A fix list, in order
Every finding is matched to a fix, ranked in the order we would do it. Existing listings and access problems come first, before anything new. Each fix says why it is on the list and who would do it: us, your web host or you. Every audit ends with three lines: what we measured, what is partial and why, and the single next action.

The audit is report-only. We do not change anything on your website or your listings. Any fix work after the audit happens only with your written OK first.

Owners of local service businesses in the United States: dental practices, insulation companies, contractors and other home-service trades. It fits owners who judge marketing by whether the phone rings and who want to know, with evidence, whether AI search sends buyers to them or to someone else.
It is not a fit if you want a promise of results up front. National ecommerce stores, lead resellers and agencies looking to resell our work are also outside what we do.
We do not need logins to run the audit. Every check is read-only and logged out.

How long does it take?
The files arrive within 5 business days of a complete intake. If this week’s audits are already booked, the page shows the next start date before you buy.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. The audit is run logged out, the way a stranger would see you. Search Console access is optional and only used to pull real customer wording for the questions.
Why three runs per engine?
AI answers vary from run to run. Three runs per engine, back to back, with no re-rolls, shows whether a pick is steady or a one-off. If an engine blocks a run, we mark it "source unavailable" and show the smaller total. We never swap in a different engine.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, on request any time before delivery. After delivery there is no refund, but we redo any part we missed at no cost.

Will you change anything on my site?
